Your mission, roles and responsibilities

一、加贸账册日常管理 
1.负责加贸账册的备案、变更、核销及延期等全流程操作，确保加贸账册信息准确、完整，符合海关监管要求
2.跟踪加贸账册项下进出口料件、成品的流转情况，记录进料、加工、出口、内销等数据，维护账册的实时更新
二、账实平衡监控 
1.定期核对海关账册数据与SAP的库存、进出口、耗用等信息，分析差异原因，提出调整或整改措施，确保账实相符
2.编制《保税物料平衡表》，监控保税物料“进、出、存、转、耗”全流程，评估单耗、损耗率的合理性，防范账册失衡风险
三、合规与风险管控 
1.熟悉海关加工贸易法律法规及政策，确保账册操作符合海关监管要求，避免因账册错误或违规操作导致行政处罚
2.识别账册管理中的合规风险点，如保税物料之间以及保税物料与非保税之间的料件串换、边角料处理、内销补税等，及时应对海关稽查或核查
3.配合海关稽查、审计等工作，提供完整的账册资料、数据记录及解释说明
四、系统与流程优化
参与关务系统的维护和优化，提出账册管理功能改进建议

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科及以上学历，物流、海关、税务等专业
2.    8年以上国内或国际物流等经验
3.    熟练掌握SAP操作系统或者其他操作系统
4.    英语或日语熟练，可作为工作语言使用
5.    有较强的学习能力，团队协作能力
最低标准的候选人
1.    大专及以上学历，物流、海关、税务等专业
2.    5年以上相关工作经验
3.    掌握SAP操作系统或者其他操作系统
4.    具备基础英语能力，可以独立审核英文单证，可以管理和平衡工作
