Your mission, roles and responsibilities

•    Backup of HR Manager’s tasks
•    Participation on Plant TOP5 and TC TOP5
•    Implementation of related group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations
•    Maintenance and updating of personnel records of employees (both physically and electronically)
•    Start of employment and employment termination procedures (coordination with all departments involved)
•    Employment contract (all different alternatives) and all related documents preparation,  maintenance
•    Temporary contracts agenda (DPP, DPČ)
•    Employee database and files maintenance, personnel data protection
•    Monitoring and reporting of emplyoees’ turnover
•    Payroll – closure preparation – PWK, Globalview, regular communication with Saitech, salary review and OAR preparation, monthly Metis Data preparation and tracking, communication with division controller departement
•    Collection of all relevant information in line with GDPR from attandence system to prepare data for monthly salaries calculation
•    Maintenance of attandance system, control of the monthly records
•    Preparation of canteen data/ meal vouchers data and their distribution
•    Controlling and monitoring of overtime work, absenteeism, shortwork etc.
•    Take part in salary revision and benefits assignment
•    Cooperation with managers and HR team (Training and Development, Recruitment, Onboarding for MOI and MOD) on management and evaluation of the trial period
•    Monitoring and keeping records about duration of the trial period
•    Keeping records about evaluation of the trial period in the personnel files
•    Employee is informed about Code of Ethics, Code of Management and Being Faurecia philosophy and is respecting and following it.
•    Support of HR Manager for budget preparation

•    To assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues, training and development of industrial relations.
•    To maintain and facilitate all regular HR related internal/external communication.
•    Assist in managing all Purchase Orders linked to HR activities (goods, services) 
•    To organize and facilitate all internal/external training of managers/MOIs/MODs staff 
•    To collect information, prepare reports in the line with Group HR policies for month-end figures, and follow up indicators.
•    To drive actions for improvement with ideas in daily routine.
•    Create and maintain all required information/records related to the company car fleet 
•    Monitoring and reporting of information relating to the Labor legislation and Labor Office
•    Cooperation on all relevant tasks and duties as required by the HR Manager

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Education
•    University degree

Professional experience (years and area of experience)
•    At least 4 years personnel administration experience in an industrial environment

Professional knowledge 
•    Knowledge of the Labor Code and related legal regulations

Skills (e.g. communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, management skills, result orientation etc.)
•    Good communciation skills (both written and spoken) and organization skills
•    Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and strong focus on accuracy
•    High customer orientation, reliability
•    Willingness to further development, flexibility
•    Team player
•    Stress resistant

Language knowledge level (e.g.fluent for daily communication on a proffesional level, intermediante for internal communication, basic communication within the team, technical terminology knowledge, as an advantage but not necessary) 
•    English – good (for internal/external communication)                       
•    German – as an advantage 

PC skills
•    MS Office (Excell, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
•    Internet
•    HRIS experience
