Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Role Context

Within FORVIA Group Information Technologies (GIT) Business Transformation Studio, the Digital Workplace & GenAI Adoption Apprentice actively supports the transformation of how employees work, collaborate, and access knowledge. Based at FORVIA Headquarters in Nanterre, the role operates at the core of the Group ecosystem, in close interaction with central teams, Digital Transformation initiatives, and executive stakeholders. This position is hands-on and operational, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, GenAI adoption, user enablement, and change management at scale.

Mission

Contribute directly to the adoption, governance, and real-life usage of Digital Workplace and GenAI tools, ensuring they create concrete value for employees, from top management to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot (web & work) across FORVIA.
  • Contribute to use-case identification, testing, and qualification with real users.
  • Participate in the design and deployment of GenAI assistants and agents (Copilot Studio).
  • Create clear, practical, and engaging adoption content (guides, demos, videos, tutorials).
  • Support onboarding and upskilling of users, including non-technical profiles.
  • Animate and support a network of Digital Workplace ambassadors.
  • Capture user feedback, usage pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to Digital Workplace platforms (M365, SharePoint, intranet, knowledge hubs).
  • Monitor external workplace and AI trends and translate them into internal use cases.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Profile & Skills

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Change Management, Information Systems, Business, or Humanities.
  • Strong interest in Digital Workplace, collaboration tools, and GenAI applied to daily work.
  • Keen on producing adoption-oriented content using video, visual, or interactive tools.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging user-facing content.
  • Autonomous, curious, collaborative, and user-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools and communication formats to drive adoption.
  • Professional English is mandatory (international environment).
