Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Support the Group and Business Groups in their operational approach to HSE issues and ensure that rules and requirements are applied.
- Audit regulatory compliance and strengthen ownership of the HSE management system, promoting continuous improvement.
- Propose specific topics (psychosocial risks, CO2 neutrality, new risk methods, etc.) and develop protocols, procedures, and training programs.
- Lead cross-functional projects, define KPIs, validate self-assessments and strategic investments, while ensuring HSE communication.
- Analyze incidents, share best practices, organize audits and corrective/preventive action plans, and manage emergency situations.
- Functionally manage HSE teams, ensure their skills development and the archiving of key documents.
- Consulted and mandated within its scope by the Operations Division for CO2 neutrality missions (CO2 Champion).
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master's degree with a specialization in HSE.
- Significant experience as a Cluster Division HSE Manager in an internal or external multi-site industrial environment.
- Expertise in HSE tools and methodologies (risk analysis, audits, international regulations, energy/environment/well-being management).
- Internal auditor and HSE trainer, with experience in loss management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to challenge technical experts (fire, machine safety, processes, security, chemical risks).
- Strong leadership skills, proactive, independent, assertive, exemplary, with perspective and initiative.
- Fluent English
