Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main mission of the role are to:
1.    负责设备搬迁/移动、安装调试及验收工作；针对搬迁/移动过程中存在的问题，进行跟踪与并提出解决方案；
2.    非标自动化线体设备维护计划制定，并按照设备维护计划进行设备日常保养维护；确保设备正常运行，符合生产/安全/环境/质量等相关规定。
3.    仓库设备备件分类梳理，制定备件安全库存及相应备件采购计划，不断降低设备维护成本；
4.    自动化设备故障深层次分析，找出设备潜在失效模式，制定相应检查方法与处理对策；
5.    新设备导入阶段协助ME部门进行线体设计、部件选型等工作；
6.    经理安排的其它工作事项。
Qualifications : 
1.    大专及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业，
2.    自动化设备5年以上管理经验，掌握自动控制原理，
3.    主导工厂新设备导入/调试/跟进经验。
4.    精通主流设备工作原理；能够读懂电气/电子/电路图，有一定的分析/解决能力
5.    具备良好的学习能力，团队合作意识强，善于沟通
6.    有英语读写能力。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业，
2.    自动化设备运维5-10年以上经验，掌握自动控制原理，
3.    至少精通一门主流PLC，如三菱、西门子等；能够读懂电气原理图；
4.    具有一定的机械、液压基础，能够读懂设备机械图及液压气动图。
5.    参与过新工厂设备导入及安装调试跟进经验；
6.    参与过智能工厂、设备传感器与MES结合、AGV调度、立体库等经验；
7.    英语可作为工作语言
最低标准的候选人
1.    大专及以上学历，
2.    3年以上自动化设备管理经验
3.    具备良好的学习能力，团队合作意识强，善于沟通
4.    具备基础英语能力
