Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main tasks of the role are:
- Meetings organization (invitations, coffee breaks; rooms)
- Preparation of presentations; data analysis and consolidation
- Screening, prioritization and management of emails and requests
- Creation and follow up of purchase orders (Pos/PRs) according Forvia procedures
- Support in tracking key KPI's
- Invoices validation and follow up
- Travels organization (hotel booking, taxis, car renting, …)
- Travel expenses management
- Monitoring deadlines
- Other administrative tasks that may arise (not listed)
General
- Perform the function with discipline and accept the responsibilities in accordance with the Policies of Quality and Environment and Security, making everything to assure the conformity of the products/Services supplied to our customers and to avoid the occurrence of casualties that may affect Faurecia and the thirds, as well as of material damages and aggressions to the environment
- To fulfil and to make to fulfil the rules of security and the politics and procedures of HSE
- Respect and ensure in a daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary, reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics).
- Respect and ensure in a daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics)
- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Degree
Experience / Technical and behavioural skills:
- Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Analysis skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
