Our IT Division (Group Information Technology) is looking for a Incident Response Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira,
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are to :
- Provide assistance/expertise to Level 2 and Level 3 Incident Response
- Monitoring & troubleshooting of security platforms and debugging of any issue
- Documenting procedures and processes related to Incident Response operations
- Verification and triage of the requested tickets, or emails, related to operations and implementation;
- Assist with the management of the entire landscape of the cybersecurity focusing on some of the following domains :
- SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Digital Forensics, IT, OT
- Assessment, preparation and request for implementation of security infrastructure changes;
- Updating all relevant documentation related to the protection of the Information Systems (inventories, classifications, etc.)
- Suggesting changes aiming at optimizing the operation of Incident Response solutions and procedures
- Communicate with technical stakeholders all across the globel for improving Incident Response coverage
