Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Be able to correctly perform all tasks in the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Update of customer and intercompany prices; Placing open orders, closed orders and canceled orders (for parts, transport, D&D) for external customers for all European plants and internal customers;
  • Maintaining material master data and creating material information record;
  • Support Sales Administration and cooperate with the Accounts Receivable team to support any topic related to invoicing and cash tracking;
  • Be able to manage and carry out tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the work group and the organization: Archive documents and reports; Participate in Problem Solving Groups and/or participate in improvement groups with a view to solving problems; Propose solutions and methodologies that contribute to the optimization of teamwork processes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

No experience required;
High school or Degree in business or Similar;
Good with computer skills (MS Office), Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Good communication skills in English (mandatory), French or German or Spanish (valued);
Analytical mindset.
