Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    负责屏幕光学贴合设备（如OCA固态光学胶、OCR液态光学胶 贴合设备）的工艺调试、参数优化及日常维护，确保生产良率和效率达标。  
2.    主导新设备（与供应商评估设备方案/项目交期）/新工艺（现有工艺效率提升，降低成本 / 客户需求-轻薄化窄边框）/新产品的导入及验证，制定标准化操作流程（SOP）和工艺规范。
3.    快速分析贴合过程中的不良现象并提出解决方案并推动闭环。  
4.    协同设备、质量、研发团队解决跨部门技术问题，确保生产连续性。  
5.    编写设备操作手册、工艺指导书及故障处理指南，定期更新技术文档。  
6.    主导工艺改进、设备改造或自动化升级，降低材料损耗及生产成本。  
7.    跟踪行业动态，评估新型贴合技术（如全贴合、水胶贴合等）的可行性，以及新材料的应用，推动技术迭代。 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Job requirements：职位要求： 
1.    本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、材料科学、光学工程等相关专业。  
2.    3年以上屏幕贴合（LCD/OLED）或光学器件制造行业经验，主流贴合工艺OCR点胶，OCA，Slit coating工艺。  
3.    精通OCA/OCR贴合工艺原理，熟悉光学检测仪器（如AOI、显微镜）的使用与数据分析  
4.    熟悉SPC（质量数据分析、FMEA（失效分析）等质量管理工具，具备DOE(Design of Experiments)实验设计能力，逻辑清晰，能通过数据驱动问题分析与决策。  
5.    适应快节奏生产环境，具备抗压能力与多任务处理能力。  
6.    良好的跨部门沟通能力，
7.    英语可作为工作语言。 
理想的候选人：
1.    本科及以上学历，头部面板厂或消费电子企业5年以上贴合工艺/开发经验  
2.    主导过良率提升项目，熟悉高精度贴合设备。  
3.    对技术敏感度高，具备创新意识与自主学习能力，能快速掌握新技术。  
4.    曾带领小型技术团队完成工艺优化项目
5.    熟练使用CAD/SolidWorks等设计软件，具备基础编程能力（如Python/PLC-Programmable Logic Controller）者优先。
最低标准的候选人
1.    大专学历需5年以上贴合工艺经验，熟悉至少一种主流贴合工艺流程以及问题解决。  
2.    能独立完成设备调试及基础故障排除，具备工艺参数调整能力，能独立解决问题。  
3.    接受倒班或短期出差安排，能在指导下完成常规工艺优化任务
