Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    协调与数字企业有关的所有活动的规划 
2.    制定、组织和参与数字化工作，并领导定义和执行数字化倡议路线图和战略计划
3.    规划与这些项目相关的资本支出、运营成本和节约预算，并跟踪执行情况
4.    根据需要编制和完成定期报告
5.    为佛吉亚内部和外部公司的数字解决方案制定基准。监控FCE工程、数字和自动化生态系统的技术发展。
6.    帮助设计和推出数字解决方案并制定标准
7.    - 预计有15-30%的时间需要出差

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科以上学历，计算机/软件/数字化/大数据/信息管理等相关专业
2.    8年以上制造行业MES管理和控制的基本概念，能够阅读Java脚本
3.    设备编程经验，熟悉设备的一般输入输出接口逻辑，有修改设备接口能力
4.    具备电器的基本知识，了解解码器、轨道和工艺设备等自动化生产线的信号交互逻辑。最好有PLC编程经验。
5.    熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/GMP 等质量体系对生产追溯、数据记录的合规要求，了解相关监管要求
6.    良好的沟通技巧，推动解决方案
7.    英语可作为工作语言
最低标准的候选人
1.    本科以上学历，计算机/软件/数字化/大数据/信息管理等相关专业
2.    3年以上制造行业MES管理和控制的基本概念，能够阅读Java脚本
