Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    负责工厂的运营管理和年度运营计划。  
2.    领导并协调工厂日常工作，包括生产，物料，订单管理，物流，设备，生产效率，安全，成本，准时交货和质量。
3.    有效地领导和管理工厂的KPI，识别和跟踪工厂关键指标，持续优化生产制造和运营成本，提高生产效率。  
4.    依据新项目启动要求，高效组织工厂新项目团队实施生产和运营管理，以确保新项目投产准备工作。
5.    确保工厂符合各项安全生产、环保生产的法律法规，领导并推行工厂质量体系和安全体系的实施和持续的遵守, 以通过客户的体系要求和审核。  
6.    参与制定战略计划，确定工厂中期和未来发展，整合工厂数字化转型，使用FES工具和方法支持执行，确保与战略计划业务目标保持一致。  
7.    领导、指导、评估和发展工厂人员，确保他们的工作符合既定的目标和标准。
8.    推动工厂持续优化组织资源和人才培养机制，提高团队绩效。
9.    通过团队积极合作，在运营和团队发展中创造持续改进的文化。 
10.    上级领导安排的其它工作事项。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科及以上，机械或相关专业，硕士学历优先。
2.    10年以上管理/运营管理经验，较强的领导能力，分析能力和战略能力,良好的财务知识储备。
3.    英语可作为工作语言。
4.    具有良好的团队管理经验，具备领导力和指导技巧。
5.    良好的沟通，解决问题能力, 结果导向, 战略思维, 良好的团队管理能力。
6.    有良好的精益生产和管理经验。

最低标准的候选人
1.    本科及以上，机械或相关专业，硕士学历优先。
2.    5年管理经验。3年运营管理经验，具备领导能力，分析能力和战略能力
3.    英语可作为工作语言。
4.    良好的团队管理经验，具备领导力和指导技巧。
5.    具有跨部门协调、项目管理与问题解决能力
6.    有良好的精益生产和FES运营逻辑。
