Your mission, roles and responsibilities
1. 测试站异常处理、分析及改善。
2. 测试设备、治具故障的维修处理及再发生防止。
3. 测试设备维护保养。
4. 测试技术员的培训。
5. 测试SOP制作、修改。
6. 测试治具的设计、制作、改良。
7. 测试方案改进、优化。
8. 自动化测试软件编写、修改。
9. 新产品及新测试线体的跟进
Your profile and competencies to succeed
理想的候选人：
1. 3年以上TE岗位工作经验
2. 熟悉电子电路，能看懂电路图及电气图
3. 沟通能力良好，可快速处理
4. 熟练使用电脑及常用办公软件
5. 能对产品PCBA进行评估及测试点的选点
6. 熟悉车载主机、ECU、摄像头、手机等相关自动化测试的优先
7. 有全自动化测试线维护维修或6轴机械手调试经验的优先
8. 有Labview或C等编程经验的优先
最低标准的候选人
1. 1年以上TE岗位工作经验
2. 能看懂电路图及电气图
3. 自学及沟通能力良好
4. 熟练使用电脑及常用办公软件
