Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main mission of the role are to:
 
-    编制5年的战略计划(SP)、年度预算、月度的滚动预测;
-    参与设定关键经营KPI 的目标设定、实际营运KPI 的跟踪与差异分析， 并向管理层提出改善建议;
-    分析实际数据与预测、预算的变差;
-    按项目、按产品来管理损益表(P&L)、按项目管理研发的收入与成本、客户工装的收入与成本、样件的收入与成本;
-    和项目团队合作， 核实项目量产后实际KPI，  追踪、推动项目设定的目标(IBP,SOP BP)的达成
-    参与公司年度改善计划(PIP)的制定，追踪各种VAVE 及Productivity 等改善行动与节省， 并形成专门报告， 和团队一起推动公司年度改善目标的实现.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications : 
-    本科学历，主修财务管理、经济学等;
-    较好的英语口语交流与阅读能力;
-    3-5年以上相关工作经验/制造业经验。

理想的候选人：
-    本科学历及以上;
-    流利的口语交流;
-    3年以上相关工作经验，汽车行业同类岗位工作经验者优先，主管及主管以上优先;
-    熟练使用SAP及其它ERP系统.

最低标准的候选人
-    本科学历及以上;
-    较好的英语阅读及书面交流的能力，一定的口语交流能力;
-    2年以上相关工作经验.
