Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Coordinate implementation of Equipment Care for all manufacturing equipment.
• Define preventive procedures level 3, level 4 and level 5 PM.
• Develop standards for equipment.
• Coordinate with Launch Team to implement OEM BOM, PM task and equipment procedures.
• Spare parts storage policy to limit downtime and limit cash impact.
• Develop policy to provide necessary equipment and MRO supplies to maintenance department.
• Obtain quotes and issue PO for supplies and service.
• Coordinate with production preventative maintenance requirements and planned repairs.
• Audit Level 1 and Level 2 PM adherence.
• Coordinate with process engineers to ensure appropriate LV1 and LV2 task are defined.
• Keep updated information relative to maintenance.
• Create documents in SAP linked to equipment.
• Participate with FES to support continuous improvement
• Participate with HSE to support safety policies and compliance to all OSHA policies.
• Coordinate all outside service LV 5. PM. Obtain quotes and issue PO
Follow up maintenance breakdown. Create preventive and spare part policy to eliminate down time or lessen impact to business.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and process engineers to implement equipment modification to improve equipment reliability.
• Audit Maintenance Supervisor shift notes and follow up with root cause corrective actions.
• Audit maintenance PM completion. Inspect equipment to verify all task have been correctly completed. Verify PM task list is accurate.
• Coordinate with Controls Engineer and Process Engineer action items from TOP 5.
• Make necessary changes to PM task spare parts to lessen outages.
Key User for the Computer Maintenance Management (SAP, MII, DMC) and train maintenance team.
• Develop and maintain all master data in SAP for task list, work plans, documents and spare parts for equipment.
• Daily update of PM due and Past due.
• Confirm PM assignment and execution of all PM and repair request in MII
• Monitor corrective maintenance request.
• Update E&M manager PM program status.
• Monitor breakdown classification and downtime reported in DMC.
• Make corrections to data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Back up for E&M Manager
• Manage Maintenance KPI
• Organize with Crib Annual Inventory
• Assist with Equipment moves.
• Participate w/Maintenance Budget and support cost saving initiatives.
• Manage MRO Vending
• Support and manage major OEM project upgrades or repair.
• Participate in AITF, FES, and Customer Audits. Ensure accurate information is available.
• Monitor spare part inventory to ensure equipment reliability
• Key User ARIBA
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Knowledge/Skill
• SAP Maintenance / Faurecia MII
• Mechanical and electrical understanding per equipment
• Communication skills to present in audits to customers
• Ability to use reasoning to improve reliability plans for machines
Education/Experience
• 5+ years of SAP experience, preferable in maintenance
• MRO storeroom experience
• 5+ years of TPM life cycle experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
