Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Machine and UAP downtime analysis
  • Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician
  • Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator Issuance of monthly
  • Preventive Maintenance program Weekly
  • Analysis of preventive maintenance
  • Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines PM software administration
  • Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
  • Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics Maintenance of extraction systems

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Industrial Maintenance and TPM
  • Spare parts inventory management
  • Personnel management
  • Siemens PLC
  • Allen Bradley PLC
  • ABB robot knowledge
  • KUKA robot knowledge
  • FANUC robot knowledge
  • VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar
  • IATF 16949 Quality Systems
