Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Setting-up and leading crossfunctional carve-out projects

  • establish Separation DD-Report in coordination with external consultants and coordination with M&A team (if applicable)
  • set-up project-plan for the carve-out (milestones, deliverables, interdependencies,costs,...)
  • set-up project-organisation (internal resources / external resources)
  • set-up project governance-model including reporting system

Accountable for managing the execution of the project plan for the carve-out

  • drive and monitor the project-execution as of the project-plan
  • solve conflicts and escalate if necessary
  • define and establish TSA 's / SLA's …

Interfaces:

  • close collaboration with M&A team & legal-team related to the carve-out project

Your profile and competencies to succeed

 Competence & experiences

  • strong leadership personality with profound experience in leading complex carve-out project
  • very good project management skills
  • 7 years experience in automotive industry or consultancy in a senior leadership role
  • fluent in english
  • strong change management competence
  • strong communication competence
