We are looking for a Group Industrial Digital Project Leader (m/f) to join our team!

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Group Industrial Digital Project Leader (m/f) is responsible for the global development, implementation, and deployment of digital projects (F-Asset, CAPLA, CARgo) to manage capacity planning for the Group (Faurecia and Hella). These projects will drive the optimization of asset utilization. This leadership role includes resource coordination, priority setting, and cross-functional meetings.

The position reports to Group Industrial Strategy Director, could be based in Nanterre or in Forvia locations in Europe.

 

The main missions of the role are:

  • Define global specifications in collaboration with cross-BG stakeholders, ensuring alignment with all regions and divisions.
  • Lead and coordinate development teams, ensuring tool functionality, quality and continuous improvement in 3 tools (CARgo, F-Asset and CAPLA)
  • Ensure full integration of CAPLA, F-Asset and CARgo within the company’s digital ecosystem, collaborating closely with Finance, Program and PC&L.
  • Lead project resources and set priorities with BGs / Divisions department managers on weekly basis.
  • Prepare and organize a monthly Steering Committees with BG IVPs, BG / division leaders, and Industrial Senior VP to present development progress of the digital tools (F-Asset/CAPLA) and TEEP improvement outcoming on main technologies (OPEX and CAPEX impacting positively business)
  • Act as Data quality Owner in Palantir and CARgo for Asset/TEEP/CAPEX toward BG’s leaders.
  • Drive communication and training, worldwide and cross-BG and end users.
  • Manage the integration and full deployment strategy for CAPLA and F-Asset in HELLA globally, leveraging synergies for global optimization.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have / be:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial project management, digital or operations
  • Experience in supporting transformation projects, especially with Plant/Operations areas
  • Experience in cross-functional and multi-site project coordination
  • Solid project management skills

 

Education

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
