Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group is looking for you as a Health Safety Environment (HSE) M/F based in our plant in Vitoria, Spain.
Attached directly to the "Division HSE Manager", you will be in charge of :
Follow-up Program
HSE Procedure review
Follow-up of the Database with the status
Support during Corporate Social Responsibility Yearly
Report (Environmental & Safety parts)
Creation of Trainings (for e.g.: SF)
Derogations – follow-up, competition of excel file, upload in Shareplace
Preparation of Top 5 presentations and notes
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Who are you ?
Ability to communicate in English (oral/written) ; Portuguese, Spanish or French would be a plus
Ability to use Microsoft Office software like Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Access appreciated but not mandatory)
Self-learner, curious, motivated, caring for detail, reliable, autonomous (candidate should demonstrate ability to work alone on topics based on given guidelines)
