Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- 部门主管负责设计团队成员管理和项目开发，负责新产品的技术方案制订审核，技术可行性分析及客户技术规范施行，并在设计开发全过程对其持续跟踪和输出
- 协同研发中心内部各职能部门以及项目团队，管理整椅设计团队完成座椅设计开发工作
- 负责座椅结构性能评估、校核、方案制定、相关技术文件编制等工作
- 负责完成可行性分析、结构设计，3D和2D模型数据的创建和优化
- 与客户沟通，能够清晰了解客户需求，并把后续工作分派到工程内部
- 制订详细技术方案，组织评审，推进3D/2D数据规范化及系统录入
- 建立、管理并审核BOM，ECR，DFMEA及其它设计开发过程文件
- 跟踪解决项目期间的交付技术问题或客户抱怨，作为研发端接口对接内部其他各个职能部门
- 管理设计团队日常工作
- 执行公司各内控规定，督促团队贯彻公司道德规范，管理规范
- 管理具体项目的研发花费，保证该项目达到目标设定的预算
- 附加及其它工作任务
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- 本科及以上学历，了解座椅安全/法规要求，熟悉座椅设计规范；
- 独立带过至少2个完整的整椅项目，具备良好的客户沟通和资源协调能力
- 1年以上设计团队管理经验，能处理内部及外部的冲突矛盾
- 熟练运用CATIA V5及office办公软件
- 能够用英语进行工作汇报和交流
- 严谨的问题分析与总结能力，主动学习新的知识和技能
