Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Lead the annual performance management cycle for the assigned business unit, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback delivery, and merit calibration.

Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions, identifying high-potential employees and critical roles, and developing strategies to mitigate talent gaps.

Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify, design, and deliver targeted training programs that address skill gaps and support employee growth.

Support the recruitment strategy by working with Talent Acquisition to define job requirements, participate in key interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Develop and implement employee retention strategies based on analysis of turnover data and exit interviews.

Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, mergers, or cultural shifts, and helping employees and leaders navigate transitions effectively.

Talent Management Expertise: Solid knowledge of performance management methodologies, talent review processes, succession planning, and employee development principles.
