Your mission, roles and responsibilities

› Act as the primary quality interface between customers and Faurecia, representing the company in all customer quality-related matters;
› Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer requirements, expectations, and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed;
› Lead customer complaint management activities, ensuring timely responses and effective containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions;
› Coordinate and monitor problem-solving activities using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa;
› Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction;
› Monitor customer quality performance indicators and support the achievement of quality objectives;
› Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and internal standards; 
› Participate in and support internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions and continuous system improvement;
› Promote quality culture and ensure adherence to company procedures, processes, and customer requirements throughout the organization.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.

Experience

  • Experience in quality assurance, customer quality, quality management systems, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting customer requirements and acting as an interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in problem-solving methodologies and corrective action management.
  • Experience supporting internal, customer, or certification audits.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and industry quality standards is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to represent the organization in customer-facing activities.
  • Ability to represent the voice of the customer within the organization and ensure deployment of customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
