Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Recruiting

  • Recruit personally the key talents for their perimeter and ensure a thorough induction.
  • Build and maintain the local manpower plans and coordinate needs with the relevant agency (PIC/PDP). 

Performance Management

  • Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
  • Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
  • Preparation of reports and analyses
  • Actively identify performance and skill gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to mitigate risks

Social Climate & Organizational Design 

  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change in order to improve efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth.
  • Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
  • Build a strong business relationship with the management team
  • Craft unique engagement opportunities for all employees to facilitate team building and employee empowerment opportunities
  • Build management responsibility and capability for managing issues and improving the effectiveness of the relationship between company and employees.

Others

  • Act as Site Payroll Correspondent
  • Drive digitization efforts to align with plant transformation projects
  • Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Forvia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management..
  • Support with HR Lean manufatucting fundelmentals 
  • Participation in audits  and controls regarding managed areas
  • Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Specialization in HR

Professional Experience:

  • A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
  • Familiar with HR Information systems (ADP, Success Factors, SAP) as well as MS office
  • International mind set
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Automotive

Skills and competencies:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
