Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) alternant(e) au sein de notre service technique dans le pôle automatisme/robotique. 

Voici les missions qui peuvent être abordées lors de cette alternance :

Automatisme :

• Sur automate siemens/Schneider Electric et HMI siemens/proface
• Amélioration continue des programmes automates/HMI pour répondre à des problématiques qualité et production
• Soutien aux équipes maintenance pour le dépannage
• Développement de nouveaux programmes automates selon un cahier des charges
• Configuration et mise au point de système de vision
• Implication sur les nouveaux équipements entrant sur le site

Robotique :

• Sur robot ABB peinture/assemblage/soudure
• Mise au point de trajectoire
• Amélioration continue des cellules robotisées
• Réglage des systèmes de vision embarquées
• Optimisation des process (peinture/assemblage/soudure)

Digital/informatique industrielle :

• Sur ERP interne au groupe
• Liaison des automates au système informatique/ERP
• Maintien de l'ERP (configuration/dépannage)
• Déploiement de nouveaux outils digitaux informatique entre machine et système informatique
