Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager/Program Logistics, you will be responsible for project planning and logistics flow optimization throughout the product development lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing logistics processes, including receiving, delivery, TPA preparation, and alert escalation.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and stock reliability.
  • Driving team performance by optimizing space utilization, deploying priority actions, and improving operational efficiency in collaboration with PC&L and cross-functional teams.
  • Leading the shopfloor logistics team by developing competencies, maintaining HSE compliance, identifying training needs, and supporting career development initiatives
  • Ensuring project planning and optimizing logistics flows from the prototype phase through to plant transfer and production launch.
  • Developing project activity schedules and monitoring deviations between planned and actual performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyzing the logistics and financial impacts of project changes and engineering evolutions.
  • Acting as the primary customer interface for the development and management of project schedules, including project milestones, production planning, tooling manufacturing, and related activities.
  • Escalating project deviations to the Project Manager and proposing appropriate corrective actions.
  • Planning and coordinating packaging, transportation, insurance, and customs clearance activities for tooling and parts transfers within the European Union.
  • Anticipating and leading the transfer of projects to the manufacturing plant.
  • Engaging operational teams and coordinating the implementation of logistics flows and packaging solutions.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition to serial production by training logistics teams, maintaining project records and historical data, conducting cost analyses, and managing inventory required for production start-up.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with shopfloor teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong diplomacy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and effectively manage priorities in a project-driven environment.
