Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Business Analysis
- Monitor automotive industry trends, market developments, customer strategies, and competitive activities.
- Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to support business growth and strategic planning.
- Analyze sales performance, market share evolution, customer demand, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Customer & Competitor Analysis
- Maintain intelligence on OEM and key customer developments.
- Analyze competitor products, technologies, market positioning, and business strategies.
- Support business development and acquisition activities with market data and insights.
Marketing Activities & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, customer events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Support preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, and digital content.
- Coordinate internal and external communication activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment of branding and communication strategies.
- Support customer visits, technology days, product launches, and innovation showcases.
Branding & Communication
- Maintain consistency of company branding across marketing activities and communication materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media content, and internal communication platforms.
- Develop communication content highlighting company achievements, innovations, sustainability initiatives, and customer success stories.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Product Development, and Strategy teams.
- Support customer presentations and executive reviews with relevant market and business insights.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and global marketing functions.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, market intelligence, business analysis, or strategic marketing.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Experience organizing exhibitions, customer events, technology days, or brand promotion activities is a plus.
