Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the site’s TPM and preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Coordinate implementation and tracking of preventive maintenance (PM) activities across manufacturing equipment
- Support development and maintenance of PM task lists (Level 3–5) and equipment documentation
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure PM schedules and planned repairs are executed
- Monitor and track PM completion and follow up on overdue tasks
- Support audits of Level 1 and Level 2 PM adherence
- Maintain accurate maintenance data and documentation within SAP / CMMS system
- Create and update equipment records, task lists, work plans, and supporting documentation
- Track PM compliance, open work orders, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate spare parts management activities to support equipment uptime
- Assist in maintaining appropriate spare parts levels and organization
- Support MRO supply coordination including obtaining quotes and creating purchase requests
- Support coordination of external service providers for maintenance activities as needed
- Assist with scheduling and tracking of outsourced maintenance work
- Partner with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support equipment reliability improvements
- Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure actions are documented and completed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes
- Participate in safety and compliance activities related to maintenance operations
- Serve as a key user for maintenance systems (SAP, MII, DMC) and support basic user training as needed
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Experience with manufacturing maintenance and preventive maintenance programs (TPM preferred)
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment
- Experience working with SAP or similar CMMS system
- Experience supporting or working in injection molding manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage data and maintain accurate system records
- Effective communication across maintenance, production, and engineering teams
Education / Experience
- Experience supporting maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance system preferred
- Exposure to TPM or preventive maintenance processes preferred
