Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Mission :

Le rôle au sein d'une usine est de garantir l'approvisionnement des lignes de production avec un stock et des coûts logistiques réduits.

Superviser les Material planners. 

Activités principales :

· Les missions principales liées à la fonction sont les suivantes :

· Réaliser le Programme d'Approvisionnement en fractionnant et en lissant les approvisionnements des pièces · Suivre la réalisation du Programme d'Approvisionnement.

· Suivre la performance de livraison des fournisseurs (Misdeliveries Per Million fournisseurs) et la prestation des partenaires logistiques

· Gérer les alertes matières premières.

· Vérifier la fiabilité des informations collectées et exploitées dans les systèmes

· Définir et optimiser les modes de traitement de l'information

· Proposer des plans d'action d'amélioration

· Suivi des modifications(ECR) et démarrage des nouvelles séries avec touts les intervenants(méthodes,approvisionneurs et production) et audit des nomonclatures

· Assurer la gestion des emballages

· Avec l'aide des achats, maintenir les conventions logistiques qui fixent les régles de reactions avec le fournisseurs

. · Avec les fournisseurs, les conditions d'approvisionnement et d'emballage

· Calcul mensuel segmentation du stock des matières premières.

· Contrôler les niveaux de stocks. · S'assurer de la faisabilité capacitaire du PIC (Plan Industriel et Commercial) chez les fournisseurs et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives si nécessaires

· Superviser les opérations de transport et la livraison des matières.

· Suivre et superviser la gestion des documents douanières à l’import.

· Gestion des incidenets liès aux transports

· Communiquer les provisions lièes au transports exceptionnels et proposer des plans d'action d'amélioration.

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience
• Une expérience en procurement est exigée 
• Rompu à l'environnement international
• Bonnes qualités relationnelles
• Niveau Français et anglais très satisfaisant
