What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?
 
We are looking for an Material Planner VIE who will provide support to the FCE Europe, and who will be based in Nagykáta, Hungary  
 
The mission will last 12 months.
  
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:  

    • Ensure/follow up materials to support production plan on time, inventory management.
    • Develop and execute material procurement plans to support production schedules and meet customer demands.
    • Monitor and analyse inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, while also evaluating supplier performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to resolve material-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
    • Utilize systems and other software tools to manage inventory, track materials, and generate reports.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives within the supply chain.

To know and comply with the requirements set by the integrated environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001) systems operated by the LLC, and to participate in their continuous improvement.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What you need to join us?

  • English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
  • Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain
  • Minimum 2-3 years purchasing experience. (Automotive preferred / capital preferred)
