Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As a Program Quality Leader, you will be responsible to represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identify the initial Program Quality objectives, built-up the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-up.
Approve the "Design Validation Plan" and "Production Validation Test" established by Engineering and ensure its completion according to the program milestones.
Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges.
Define the control plans.
Lead the relation with Customer Program Quality
Apply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards.
Achieve the Quality objectives - including Safety & Regulation, Environmental - such as the PPM, Scrap… including Perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliers.
Monitor the objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow up based on FMEA (Failure mode and Effects Analysis), Special characteristics, capabilities, Tolerance stacks, PPM, etc.…
Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.
Be responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phases.
Prepare and compile the PPA (Production Part Approval) files and supports the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit.
Follows and promotes standard operating procedures and policies as outlined by the FCS quality management system.
Provide timely response to corrective actions per FSC policies and procedures including meeting customer requirements for response timing.
Follows and promotes FCS safety policies, procedures and applicable government regulations for safety and regulatory standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
3-5 years proven experience in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of quality engineering techniques.
Knowledge of MIG and MAG welding process (desirable.)
Knowledge of seat assembly, process and production of frames, metallic seat structure (desirable.)
Fluent English.
Trained in Program Management System.
Customer relationship skills.
Leadership skills.
Interpersonal skills.
International mindset.
Capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, engineers and customers.
