Faurecia Clarion Electronics Europe Division is designing, manufacturing, and selling high technology electronic devices to main European car constructors. We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.

We are looking for you as Digital Transformation Leader for our plant located in Nagykáta, Hungary (50 km / 45min from Budapest).

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning of all activities related to Digital Enterprise / Digital Modernization
  • Implement and optimize new technologies for the Plant
  • Collaborate with the plant and BG teams
  • Initiatives and sustainability cost saving projects
  • Plan Capex, Opex, and Savings Budgets associated with these projects
  • Bridge Reporting and Communications
  • Support the Deputy Plant Manager for external and internal audits
  • Running and organizing workshops
  • End to end project management
  • Organize and conduct Digitalization trainings
  • Individual coaching 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • The ideal candidate will have/be:
    • Engineering degree BsC, MsC (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Management, IT)  
    • 5+ years experience in the same or similar line of work

    • Project and IT management
    • Accountability and transparency
    • Process and workflow mapping
    • Handling database
    • Excellent computer skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
    • Strong teamwork & Good communication skills
    • Ability to train and coach
    • International mindset & Fluent in English required
