We are looking for you as Digital Transformation Leader for our plant located in Nagykáta, Hungary (50 km / 45min from Budapest).
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate planning of all activities related to Digital Enterprise / Digital Modernization
- Implement and optimize new technologies for the Plant
- Collaborate with the plant and BG teams
- Initiatives and sustainability cost saving projects
- Plan Capex, Opex, and Savings Budgets associated with these projects
- Bridge Reporting and Communications
- Support the Deputy Plant Manager for external and internal audits
- Running and organizing workshops
- End to end project management
- Organize and conduct Digitalization trainings
- Individual coaching
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Engineering degree BsC, MsC (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Management, IT)
- 5+ years experience in the same or similar line of work
- Skills and competencies:
- Project and IT management
- Accountability and transparency
- Process and workflow mapping
- Handling database
- Excellent computer skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong teamwork & Good communication skills
- Ability to train and coach
- International mindset & Fluent in English required
