What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for an Improvement Coordinator VIE who will provide support to the Faurecia Clarion Electronics Division, and who will be based in Nagykata, Hungary.
The mission will last 12 months. It can be renewed for another 12 months.
The role of the Improvement Coordinator VIE, in the context of the deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System, is to drive the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) tools and methodologies within a plant.
Key Missions :
- Implementation of Faurecia Excellence Standards ( FES ): Deploy Standards in the PC&L department to boost operational performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices, propose initiatives, and optimize logistics processes.
- Training & Coaching: Train and support employees, lead improvement workshops, and develop skills in coordination with PC&L and Warehouse managers.
- Logistics Flow Analysis: Review transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment to enhance efficiency.
- Packaging Optimization: Implement improvement plans to reduce costs and improve processes.
- SAP Master Data Management: Collect, correct, and maintain accurate logistics data.
- Warehouse Efficiency: Standardize processes and develop tools to optimize warehouse operations.
- Digitalization, Ergonomics & Safety: Support the deployment of digital to automate and improve PC&L processes, while leading initiatives to enhance workplace ergonomics and safety.
- EDI Integration with External Warehouses: Implement EDI connections to streamline data exchange with logistics partners.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
What you need to join us?
- English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
- Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain
- Minimum 1 years supply chain experience. (Automotive preferred / capital preferred)
