Our Faurecia Interiors activity is looking for a Global Cash Controller to lead and drive cash performance worldwide. This role plays a key part in securing liquidity, strengthening cash governance, and partnering closely with Divisions and Top Management.
Overall responsibilities and duties:
The Cash Controller works in close relationship with divisions and legal entities. He/she is deeply involved in Cash reporting processes, actions to improve cash and development of a cash culture in the Group.
The main missions of the role are:
Reporting:
- Supervise all cash reporting processes (monthly reports (flash, actual, forecasts), budget, PMT...)
Analysis:
- Analyze cash main drivers and drive action plans. Develop forecasts approach.
Communication:
- Involved in external communication towards external auditors and Shareholders and internal communication towards the top management and the divisions.
- Involved in Group training actions for Cash and Balance sheet.
Animation/Coordination:
- Contribute to enhance a cash culture within the group.
- Coordinate people involved in cash process within the BG as well as in legal entity.
- Act as an expert concerning B&S issues in close relationship with consolidation department
- Represents cash issues with all group functions (reporting, controlling, conso…).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Master’s degree in Economics (or equivalent) or in Science with proven financial knowledge
Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including program controlling experience
Skills and competencies:
- Industrial and/or long-term project management experience
- Business minded
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
