Essential responsibilities and duties

Join our FORVIA Seating Business Group in Nanterre, France, as an internal communications specialist in apprenticeship.

 

As part of the communications team of the Seating Business Group, your role will be to inform and engage the employees with ongoing projects, while enhancing their sense of belonging to the Business Group, through the following tasks:

  • Contribute to the coordination of the editorial agenda of the Business Group's communications.
  • Participate in the creation of articles, conducting interviews and surveys
  • Publish articles over Seating’s intranet page, and edit our newsletter
  • Set up and monitor key performance indicators for Seating Intranet page and identify areas for optimization
  • Help organize events and coordinate public appearances for the business group’s executives
  • Make contributions to communications cross-company projects
  • Manage and follow up purchase orders and invoicing of the department’s expenses

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications (from a Business or Journalism School, or University)
  • Looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship contract
  • Native English: excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading verbal communication skills. A good understanding of French is a plus
  • Team player, problem-solving mindset and strong ability to interact with different people in an international environment
  • Ability to comply with processes and deadlines 
  • Layout creative skills are a plus
