FORVIA Legal Department is hiring a Corporate Legal Intern

The Corporate & Governance Legal Team based at the headquarters in Nanterre is seeking a Corporate & Governance Legal Intern for a 6-month term starting in January 2027.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Analyzing corporate law issues related to the Group’s business activities and current developments in corporate law
  • Assist in preparing the universal registration document for the listed company and in updating it, particularly regarding aspects related to corporate governance and the compensation of executive officers
  • Assist in preparing the annual general meeting of the listed company and meetings of the governance bodies (board of directors and committees)
  • Participation in financing transactions and day-to-day legal support for Group Treasury
  • Assisting with day-to-day transactions (amendments to articles of incorporation, changes in management, etc.) as well as balance sheet transactions and internal restructurings (mergers, cross-border mergers, TUPs, etc.) within Group companies
  • Ad hoc support to the Sustainable Development team on regulatory matters (e.g., CSRD Directive)
    Monitoring regulatory and legislative developments in corporate law, securities law, and corporate governance
  • Participation in the drafting and negotiation of credit and financing documentation
  • Assisting with the drafting of corporate documentation for Group companies
  • Legal research

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Post-graduate degree (Master 2) in Law (Corporate Law, Securities Law, or Business Law) and/or a DJCE
  • Trainee lawyer (EFB/CRFPA) and/or additional diploma (e.g., LL.M., Sciences Po, Business School) highly appreciated
  • First experience in a law firm and/or the legal department of an international company appreciated as well
  • Fluency in English
  • Adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong ability to organize work independently
