Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Group HR Controlling department is looking for an Apprentice in HR Controlling (M/F) for its headquarters, in Nanterre, France.

 

Halfway between finance and human resources, the HR controller collects, analyses and synthesizes information and social data that will enable the company to optimize its human resources policy and its financial costs.

 

Under the responsibility of our HR Group controlling manager, your missions consist of:

 

  • Monthly consolidations of headcount, labor costs, etc. and indicators of performance for human resources.
  • Analysis, consolidation and validation of HR data (Flash, Actual, Forecast and Budget) at Group level.
  • Management of the different reporting phases and associated tools: monthly closures, budget preparation and annual closure (social report).
  • Analysis and production of monthly reports from the reporting tools. These analyses are dedicated to the following internal clients: general management, human resources, communication, legal, IT, finance...

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Bac +4/+5 degree, you are from a business school or a university degree.

 

Beginner or already have a first experience in the field of HR Controlling, you have a real motivation to do HR data analysis in an international context.

 

Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Good skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint, understanding of MS Power Automate is a plus
  • Good oral and written expression
  • A real interest for numbers and analysis
  • Autonomous, rigor, curiosity and adaptability
  • Team player and sense of service
  • A first experience in HR Controlling would be an advantage
