Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Support the Group’s Total Customer Satisfaction and Quality department in the area of operational quality.

  • Liaise with other Group functions
    • System Quality
    • Lean Manufacturing (Faurecia Excellence System = FES) 
    • Finance
    • Industrial
    • Logistics
    • HR
    • Digital

 

  • Coordinate the Business Groups’ quality network
    • Organize monthly reviews
    • Monitor documentation and action plans
    • Support for Business Groups and other functions
    • Organizing on-site events
    • Consolidating and preparing reports

 

  • Project management:    
    • Operations
      • Defining and improving quality tools in line with the defined strategy
      • Drafting procedures (with the necessary experts)
      • Deploying quality tools (training, supporting pilot sites, etc. 
    • Digital
      • Projects to automate and optimize tasks within the quality function (reporting, dashboarding, etc.)
      • Technical projects on defect identification (vision systems, analysis and decision-making, etc.)
      • Project to use machine data to improve processes
      • Project to develop dedicated applications (AI, Power BI, etc.)

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Engineering studentExperience in the automotive industry
  • Specific technical skills
  • Knowledge of industrial quality
  • Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, Python)
  • English is required

 

Specific non-technical skills

  • Interest in software development (big data, AI)
  • Communication
