Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Group Talent Acquisition department is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Campus Apprentice (M/F) for its headquarters in Nanterre (92).


The apprentice will be recrtuiting for the V.I.E program (corporate international volunteering). The V.I.E Program enables recent graduates aged 18 to 28 to undertake a professional assignment abroad. Serving as a key liaison between Faurecia Group’s international subsidiaries, V.I.E participants, and Business France (the French government agency responsible for V.I.E programs), you will play a pivotal role in managing this significant program, as more than 190 V.I.E participants are currently on assignment within the Group.


Reporting to the V.I.E Program and Campus Manager, your main responsibilities will include:


• Identifying V.I.E needs in collaboration with the Group’s international subsidiaries.
• Sourcing candidates (CV databases, job boards, etc.).
• Managing the pre-selection of candidates (engineering, management control, procurement profiles, etc.).
• Conducting recruitment interviews independently.
• Managing volunteers from their arrival until the end of their assignment (contracts, invoices, reports, travel, etc.).
• Coordinating the return of V.I.E participants and their hiring within the Group.
• Implement communication initiatives to promote the V.I.E program both externally and internally.
• Develop various communication materials and promote the program within the Group.
• Propose areas for improvement to optimize the program.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master’s student (first or second year) specializing in Human Resources Management.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong writing skills.
