Your mission, roles and responsibilities
▪ Respecter les plans de production, ainsi que les procédés standard du Groupe ; permettre la réalisation des plans de production.
▪ Atteindre les objectifs financiers : préparer et présenter le budget de l'UAP ; gérer les coûts de production réels sur la base du coût "idéal" ; conserver une marge par produit et surveiller la productivité en série (niveau de main d'oeuvre, consommation matière, etc.).
▪ Gérer l'équipe UAP : s'assurer du bon niveau d'effectif, maintenir un environnement de travail conforme aux normes HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité & Environnement), identifier les besoins et recommander les actions de formation, partager les informations (transparence), participer aux initiatives de gestion des carrières, etc.

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de production industrielle
- Grande autonomie dans la gestion du quotidien et la prise de décision
- Excellentes compétences en communication et excellentes qualités relationnelles
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à fédérer et mobiliser les équipes autour d’objectifs communsMaîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
