Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for piece flow from receipt of raw materials until shipping of finished goods guaranteeing a high level of inventory accuracy.
The main missions of the role are:

- Ensure the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Enforce safety rules within the logistics operation, ensure that all team members have the appropriate training and certifications (e.g., forklift licenses), and support the deployment of HSE continuous improvement actions.
- Monitor logistics processes and ensure rapid corrective actions are implemented in case of deviations.
- Lead and support supervisors in their daily activities, ensuring the effective deployment of their actions and achievements at all levels.
- Make operational decisions in compliance with Group standards regarding safety, quality, costs, and delivery performance.
- Plan logistics operations in alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and in coordination with Autonomous Production Unit (APU) Managers.
- Coordinate and prioritize logistics improvement initiatives in collaboration with other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency, etc.).
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Experience leading a logistics team and proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principals into daily routine to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to manage inventory levels providing appropriate levels of raw material to support production while maximizing inventory turns.
- Proven ability to align activities of both salaried and hourly employees to meet business financial objectivities.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
