Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of a site Local IT Support is to maintain the relationship between IT Shared Services and the site by assuring that the users are receiving the agreed service from IT Shared Services, defined in a common service level agreement (SLA).

The main missions of the role are:

  • Collect and follow up the requested requirements by the Site;
  • Implement new projects for local applications and infrastructures;
  • Implement improvements in the existing Information Systems to ensure the right evolution;
  • Ensure the ownership of the Systems by the user. If necessary coordinate: training to user, creation and application of the procedures;
  • Assure 1st & 2nd level functional & technical support on the site critical applications (ERP, Supplier Kanban, TCO), and every kind of IT incident reported by the users. If Help Desk exists for the site, the Help Desk will deliver the first level of support;
  • Apply the company standards: hardware, software, Security policy, software licenses control, inventory, etc;
  • Collaborate in definition and apply specific IT procedures to the site;
  • Collaborate and support the IT shared services budget of the site, issuing or validating all the related IT purchases.
  • Report on status on a monthly basis: “dashboard/important indicators” and “important events” of the site;
  • Promote and ensure the best practices regarding Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy;
  • Participate in Plant FES plan;
  • Promote and ensure best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy;
  • Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics).
  • Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics)
     

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Degree in Information Technology or Management (specialized in information technology) 
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience of professional experience

Skills and competencies:

  • Ability to communicate and to negotiate;
  • SAP Knowledge;
  • Information Technology;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Availability to work shifts
