Your mission, roles and responsibilities
.-Optimize human and material resources to ensure customer orders.
.-Minimize the consumption of materials and fluids in order to reduce waste and unnecessary usage.
.-Monitor direct labor (DL) times.
.-Analyze and coordinate production issues together with the Technical and Quality Departments, and identify and implement solutions and corrective actions.
.-Inform Logistics of any delays in product delivery and implement solutions to reduce them.
.-Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and coordinate the implementation of preventive actions, as well as monitor the effectiveness, compliance, and adequacy of the HSE management system to achieve the defined objectives.
.-Support the practical training of staff under your responsibility, ensuring functional polyvalence.
.-Lead production processes to guarantee manufacturing and delivery of customer orders while meeting agreed deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
.-Supervise, plan, and organize the human and material resources of the plant to ensure the suitability and integrity of manufacturing means and processes.
.-Analyze manufacturing issues, develop and implement corrective measures that optimize production.
.-Prepare the resource and equipment budget based on the manufacturing forecasts received, ensuring production capacity and, when necessary, adopt corrective measures to address deviations.
.-Establish fluid information flows with other departments of the Plant in order to ensure the planned productivity at the lowest cost and highest quality.
.-Promote, coordinate, and control the prevention management system.
.-Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
.-Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance assigned to the facilities.
.-Define and review the objectives of the Supervisors.
.-Be responsible for continuous improvement in all aspects within the area of responsibility of the department.
.-Know, understand, and promote the Ethics Code and the Management Code.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 years in a production department as Production Manager or in the Logistics Department.
- Preferably with experience in the automotive sector.
