Your mission, roles and responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and user-centered UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Transformation & Innovation team.
You will help shape the future of our digital products by designing intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and end users, you will transform complex business challenges into simple and impactful digital solutions.
As part of a highly collaborative team, you will contribute to product discovery, user research, interface design, prototyping, testing, and adoption activities across a diverse portfolio of digital products, including Data & AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Product Discovery
- Conduct user interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation sessions.
- Understand user needs, pain points, behaviors, and workflows.
- Translate insights into personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions address real user needs.
UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for other enterprise applications.
- Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Define clear and intuitive interactions that reduce complexity and cognitive load.
- Validate concepts through usability testing and iterative feedback loops.
UI Design
- Create high-fidelity interfaces aligned with corporate branding and design standards.
- Develop visually appealing, accessible, and consistent user interfaces.
- Contribute to and maintain the company Design System.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Product Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Experts, Data & AI teams, designers, and Developers.
- Support product teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and product workshops.
- Provide UX/UI guidance during development and testing phases.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Measure user satisfaction and product adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing digital products.
- Promote best practices in user-centered design across the organization.
- Support the integration of AI-assisted design approaches and emerging UX methodologies.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in UX and UI design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to transform business needs into intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Data & AI products.
- Experience in enterprise software or internal business applications.
- Knowledge of product management and agile methodologies.
- Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, or design acceleration.
- Knowledge about Palantir Foundry.
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects from research to delivery.
