Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:
Customer communication, right usage of customer systems and tools, Customer order integrations and fulfillment at the right engineering level. Propper supplier release analysis and integration, strict follow up of customer delivery and needs.
The main missions of the role are:
o Be sure of total customer satisfaction.
o Be a functional part of customer supply change.
o Analyze and understand the customer needs (Including aftermarket business), discuss, comment, and negotiate with them to align capacity with requirements.
o Follow the delivery planning to customer including returnable flows, monitor eventual gaps to plan with Traffic scheduling and lead alerts resolutions.
o Monitor the delivery performance on supplier portals.
o Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply-chain or similar.
Experience:
o At least 6 months of Customer service.
o OEMs direct trade and negotiations.
o SAP (desire) and MRP knowledge.
o Customer portals.
o KPIs tracking.
Skills and competencies
o Effective communication.

o Data Analysis skills
o Fluent English.
o Multi-functional & multi-cultural communication.
