The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
We are looking for an HR VIE who will provide support to the FIS , and who will be based in Peine, Germany.

The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

• Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, staffing, employee relations, and implementation of Group HR policies.
• Maintain employee records, time management data, and support payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports, monthly KPIs, and workforce analyses.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate training activities and support internal and external audits.
• Support and coordinate HR projects, including process improvements, digitalization, and organizational changes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of HR action plans.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in HR
• A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
• Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
• International mind set
• Good interpersonal skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
