Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Job will be to work on FES system (lean manufacturing) and digital deployment inside the plant.
Activities will be split into:
Performance/productivities
- Support our team to analyze our improvement potential and support saving actions deployment;
- Analyze potential saving on physical flows as information flows
- Managing and tracking Direct Labor productivities plans and performances
- Run workshop to support plant (Hoshin, Jishuken, SMED, automation project…)
- Weekly and Monthly reporting of FES KPIs
- Support plant teams to implement and deploy digital tools and applications supporting performance (OEE, pull flows…);
FES system deployment
- Coach and follow system deployment
- Develop and support specific activities to enhance FES deployment (pull system, shop floor governance…)
- Support digital deployment of shop floor management tool respecting Lean principle
Develop standard
- Ensure best practices collection and implementation solutions
- Communication to FES Division activities and accelerate FES throughout organization
- Workshop, training & communication plan
A high level of training in lean manufacturing will be provided by the best Forvia Experts.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master's degree in engineering, with passion for the lean manufacturing
- Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Communicative
- Minimum bilingual (English mandatory)
