Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Role Overview

You will ensure accurate program costing and compliance with Faurecia’s golden rules, supporting business decisions through cost analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement program costing procedures and ensure compliance.
• Estimate costs based on BOM or master principles using official rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and challenge cost data; alert management on discrepancies.
• Align material and exchange rates with budget.
• Consolidate cost data (part price, investments, tooling) and maintain traceability.
• Support program controllers with business plan updates and risk analysis.
• Assist sales and purchasing in negotiations and technical descriptions.
• Drive continuous improvement in costing tools and methodologies.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.

Experience

• Technical knowledge of products and manufacturing processes.
• Automotive or Electronics industry experience is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to provide reliable, qualitative information.
