Overall responsibilities and duties:


As a Warehouse Supervisor, you oversee product preparation, manage loading/unloading for timely delivery, monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure efficient operations. You handle warehouse management, implement alert systems, analyze processes, allocate labor, ensure safety compliance, train operators, and prepare performance reports, while maintaining effective communication and accurate data recording.


The main missions of the role are to:

  • Ensure timely and accurate product preparation by overseeing the production flow and sequencing system.
  • Ensure the accurate preparation and loading of finished products onto trucks for on-time delivery.
  • Continuously monitor shipment progress, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Quickly identify and communicate shipment issues to the concerned parties and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Perform production management using a pull system or Kanban (electronic/physical flow) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain efficient production line operations and ensure proper feeding of materials to prevent delays.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including booking, traceability, labeling, cycle count ,inventory control and management.
  • Monitor the unloading process to ensure correct handling and storage of materials.
  • Implement and maintain alert systems based on the standard group’s requirements for warehouse management.
  • Continuously analyze and assess processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for productivity gains.
  • Allocate labor resources efficiently to align with production and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure that all inbound and outbound logistics operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of logistics operators.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports on logistics operations, including inventory control, QRCI.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management and cross-functional teams to report issues, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure that all operational data is recorded accurately and shared in a timely manner for tracking and reporting purposes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management, Business Administration, or any related field

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management. 
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, managing teams and operations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory control practices and logistics operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in logistics.
