Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Program Manager – Serial Life is responsible for managing program performance during the serial life phase, ensuring resources are provided on time, and maintaining compliance with Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Management guidelines. This role acts as the official representative towards the customer and drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational and financial targets.

The main missions of the role are to:
  • Ensure necessary resources are provided in due time from all functions (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, etc.).
  • Manage serial life program performance through key indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Margin).
  • Build strong relationships with Operations and manage convergence plans to achieve targets.
  • Cascade program objectives to all relevant functions and ensure alignment.
  • Apply Engineering Change Management processes and maintain program documentation for data continuity.
  • Organize communication throughout the program life, including confidentiality management.
  • Ensure compliance with customer quality systems, HSE, safety, and regulatory standards.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Design & Development or Industrial Operations within the automotive sector.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, DOE, functional analysis).
  • Strong program management skills, especially in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; proactive and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • International mindset; overseas experience is a plus.
