Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

• Planejamento e organização: Elaborar planos estratégicos para a área de logística, definindo metas e objetivos para a equipe. 

• Supervisionar a cadeia de suprimentos (Supply Chain): Coordenar todas as etapas da cadeia, desde a aquisição de matérias-primas até a entrega do produto final. 

• Gestão de estoque: Supervisionar o controle de estoque com as ferramentas do grupo JNI e Palantir;

• Transporte e distribuição: Planejar e controlar gastos de transportes com base no orçamento, otimizando os custos e prazos de entrega. 

• Gestão de pessoas: Liderar e motivar a equipe de logística planejamento de materiais e PCP, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho produtivo e eficiente. 

• Relacionamento com fornecedores: Manter contato entre planta, central e fornecedores, garantindo eficiência operacional e do time. 
• Análise de resultados: Avaliar o desempenho da área de logística de materiais e atendimento ao cliente, identificando pontos fortes e fracos, e propondo melhorias para otimizar os processos.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Habilidades e competências:

• Experiencia em logístico setor automotivo: Experiencia maior que 5 anos no mercado em empresas multinacionais, com experiencia em gestão de times, planejamento e atendimento ao cliente.

• Controle e análise de política estoques (budget x Actual);

• Visão estratégica;

• Resolução de problemas;

• Pensamento analítico; 

• Negociação.

Formação:

• Graduação em áreas como logística, administração de empresas, engenharia de produção ou áreas relacionadas.
• Inglês.
• Excel avançado.

Diferencial:

• Pós-graduação e/ou MBA em gestão logística, supply chain management ou áreas afins.
