Your mission, roles and responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate information received from clients effectively, as well as analyze and implement variations both internally and in planning.
• Responsible for production deployment to the plant and monitoring customer coverage.
• Provide service to external and internal clients.
Responsabilities
• Customer contact.
• Communicating customer demand changes to Shipping and Production.
• Reviewing critical materials with the customer and reporting potential shortages.
• Coordinating urgent shipments.
• Providing the signal for production scheduling.
• Wearing and enforcing the use of the work uniform according to established regulations.
• Tracking truck closures.
• Monitoring the leveling board.
• Shipping TPA (Time-to-Assist Program).
• Following up and contacting customers regarding negotiations.
• Weekly download of customer demands.
• Demand analysis using Diamond Analysis.
• Notifying customers of increases or decreases above 15%.
• Notifying the planning department of increases or decreases above 15%.
• Preparing the PIC (Production Planning Index) and PDP (Production Development Plan).
• Running weekly MRP (Material Requirements Planning) in SAP.
• Tracking invoicing according to the customer's schedule.
• Scheduling trucks for customers.
• Promote process improvement by generating improvement ideas.
• Clean up SAP releases to ensure they are loaded correctly.
• Monitor internal and external alerts that could put the customer at risk.

Profile
Education: Industrial Engineering, or related fields in business administration or the exact sciences with a focus on internal development.
Advanced english
